Getting Started
To prepare for your visit, we ask that you:
- Bring in your insurance card and identification.
- Fill out your new patient paperwork sent to you by our office team
- Plan on being here for about an hour
- You’ll receive a thorough examination including digital X-rays if you haven’t had any taken recently.
If you scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, we’ll proceed with that or any other services you asked for when you first contacted us. If further treatment is needed, we’ll create a plan with you for subsequent visits.
